We received the following letter from Lenny Keesee with Abbott Laboratories—Ross Products Division:
January 11, 2005
As I start another year at Ross, I wanted to take a few minutes to express my sincere appreciation to you for some of the outstanding individuals you have working at Newcomb Electric.
Over the past three years at our facility I have seen our data network transform from a dilapidated catastrophe, into a high speed, state of the art communication infrastructure. Without the expertise and hard work of your employees, the vision to take our communications network “to the next level” would have never been possible. Ross has been able to depend on Newcomb on countless occasions to provide competitive pricing, an outstanding level of service, and incredible response times no matter what the job may be. From small office cabling, to the build of our high availability manufacturing network, Newcomb has been able to get the job done on time and on budget throughout every occasion.
At the Altavista Ross plant, our vision is to be the leading provider of flexible and innovative manufacturing processes for new products. The level of excellence which your employees exemplify when working for Ross is an extension of that vision. I would like to personally thank Bradley Harper, Scott Manning, and William Orange for the countless number of hours of hard work they have devoted to our operation. Their efforts give me great piece of mind in knowing our products are being manufactured on a highly dependable network which has been installed with great precision and care.
I look forward to another year working with the Newcomb team and I wish you & your staff continued success in 2005.
