Peppers Ferry Wastewater Treatment Plant

The Newcomb Mechanical Department had the opportunity to team up with Bryant Electric Company (one of our IES partnering companies) to help them complete Peppers Ferry Wastewater Treatment Plant. We were called in to assist them in meeting an aggressive deadline due to all the inclement weather we experienced late in the summer and fall seasons.

The Newcomb Mechanical Department switched out 8 large transfer pumps in their pumping stations, installed large ductile iron piping in the New E.Q. Basin , installed a 4” water line and backflow preventer that provided water to the tipping buckets in the E.P. and along with the service department installed Odor Control covers and piping over the reservoirs.

Newcomb Electric and Bryant Electric had a solid working relationship through the length of the project and look forward to teaming up again if circumstances allow.
